Here's a bit about our current positions:

 

Part-Time Pet Sitters (Vacation/Travel Care)

​

Information regarding Pet Sitting Positions:

Visits are 1-3 visits per day for 1-14 days. (You’ll provide feeding, walking, plant watering, and mail pickup while clients are traveling.)

Visits for dogs are 30 minutes between 7-9 am, 2-4pm and  8:30-9:30 pm. (Perfect for someone who wants to supplement his/her income) Pay range is $14-19 per  30 min. visit depending on experience and number of pets.

Visit times for cats are more flexible and are usually once daily for a 30-minute visit.

 

Requirements for the dog-cat-small animal pet sitter position:

​

-You have a reliable car.

-Can work/drive in inclement weather, including snow.

-You can commit to working with us until at least 4 months. 

-You love both dogs and cats.

-You are available for morning, afternoon and evening visits.

-You can work most major holidays: 

  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Presidents Weekend

  (Don’t worry; you’ll be able to have a holiday too, and you’ll be paid more per visit during this time.)

- You can pass a criminal / background check.

- You are tech savvy and own a smartphone

Part-Time Dog Walkers

​

Information regarding Dog Walking Positions:

Days: PT two-three days a week or 5 days a week M-F

Hours:  10:00am-3:00pm

 

Walkers needed in: Hunterdon County Area

 

Please note: This is a very part-time job to start (5-10 walks per week).  More walks available as business increases.

Walks are usually for 1-2 dogs at a time. Pay range is $14-18 per  30 min. visit depending on experience and number of pets.

 

Requirements:

-You have a reliable car, and can drive in inclement weather, including snow. 

-You LOVE dogs and spending time outdoors.

-You feel comfortable walking both BIG and small dogs.

-You can work with us for at least 6 months.

   (The pets and their parents will want to develop a long-term relationship with you). 

-You are available for the days/hours listed above.

-You can easily pass a criminal/background check.

- You are tech savvy and own a smartphone.

Part-Time Overnight Pet Care Providers

​

Information regarding the Overnight Sitter positions:

​

Overnight pet sitters stay in client homes. Please have at least 2 local overnight pet sitting references to apply for this job. Jobs last anywhere from 1-2 nights to 3 weeks. Please be available for both long and short durations.

 

Requirements for the overnight pet sitting position:

​

-You have a reliable car, and can drive in inclement weather, including snow.

-You absolutely LOVE both dogs and cats.

-You are neat and tidy in client homes.

-You can work with us for at least 4-6 months

   (The pets and their parents will want to develop a long-term relationship with you).

-You are available to pet sit over most major holidays (Don’t worry; you’ll be paid  an additional holiday bonus per night and will be able to have holiday   plans of your own.) 

-You can easily pass a criminal / background check.

 

The pay range for the overnight pet sitting jobs is from 

$75 to $100 depending upon the number of animals cared for and scope of work.

Part-Time Overnight Farm Care Providers

​

Information regarding the Overnight Farm Sitter positions:

​

Overnight farm sitters stay at the clients farms.  Please have verifiable experience with farm animals (horses in particular) to apply for this job. Jobs last anywhere from 1-2 days/nights to 2 weeks. Please be available for both long and short durations.

 

Requirements for the overnight pet sitting position:

​

-You have a reliable car, and can drive in inclement weather, including snow.

-You absolutely LOVE both dogs and cats, and have actual handling experience with horses and large animals.

-You are neat and tidy in client homes.

-You are available to farm sit over most major holidays (Don’t worry; you’ll be paid  an additional holiday bonus per nightand will be able to have holiday plans of your own.) 

-You can easily pass a criminal / background check.

 

The pay range for overnight farm sitting  jobs is from 

$80 to $125 depending upon the number of animals cared for and scope of work.
